BRIDGE TO THE ACADEMY

The Penn Postdoctoral Association Diversity Committee, Du Bois Postdoctoral Circle, School of Arts & Sciences Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion office, and Biomedical Postdoctoral Programs office are collaborating to host an opportunity for postdocs from diverse backgrounds to connect with faculty members of color across multiple disciplines at Penn.

Join us for a panel discussion where invited faculty speakers from STEM and non-STEM fields will share their unique journeys and perspectives establishing themselves in academia, followed by a cocktail reception where faculty panelists and postdoc attendees will have the opportunity to converse and network.
